Welcome to the Crossing Border Podcast! Crossing Border is an international music and literature and arts platform in The Hague, the Netherlands, founded in 1992 as a nonprofit organisation. Main event is the annual Crossing Border Festival which pioneered, in bringing together two art forms that used to be considered poles apart: contemporary literature and popular music. Crossing Border is an adventurous festival, with a staggering line-up of international and contemporary writers, spoken word artists, storytellers and musicians. Household names next to raw talent. Nana Kwame Adjei-Brenyah (1991, Spring Valley) is an American author of short fiction. Friday Black is his first work to be published in book form.
